Returns & Cancellation Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all custom-decorated or made-to-order products sold by Ricart Inc and its affiliated brands.


1. Ordering, Custom Products & Cancellations

  • Every product is custom-made to order. Once an order is approved, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless permitted below.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement.

  • If blanks have already been ordered from suppliers, a 15% restocking fee applies, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • To cancel: email info@ricarts.ca or call [SUPPORT_PHONE], including your order number and cancellation reason.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.


2. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

  • If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@ricarts.ca. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue or defect

  • Valid claims may result in repair, replacement, or credit at Ricart Inc’s discretion.

  • In some cases, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required. Approved returns will have return shipping covered by Ricart Inc; unauthorized or non-defective returns are not accepted.


3. Sizing & Color Variations

  • Size charts are provided for every product. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct size selection (e.g., YOUTH vs. ADULT).

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for incorrect sizing.

  • While we strive for accurate color representation, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or supplier dye lots. These are not grounds for refund or replacement.


4. Pick-Up & Storage (Abandonment Policy)

  • For local pick-up orders, you’ll be notified when your order is ready.

  • A second attempt to contact you will be made once your order is complete and invoiced, using the contact information provided at checkout.

  • Orders must be collected within [30 or 45] days (as specified by each store) from the date of invoice.

  • If you are unable to pick up your order, shipping arrangements may be made once the balance is paid in full (subject to your account terms). Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders not collected within the stated timeframe, and where no shipping has been arranged, will be deemed abandoned.

  • Abandoned orders are not eligible for refund, replacement, or continued storage.


5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Options: Orders may be shipped directly or held for local pick-up at designated locations.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Delivery Times: Timelines are estimates only. Ricart Inc is not liable for courier delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


6. Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: Replacements are issued only for verified manufacturing defects, decoration errors, or shipping damage.

  • Process: Contact info@ricarts.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.

  • Resolution: Approved claims may result in repair, remake, or replacement at no cost to the customer.

  • Non-Eligibility: Replacements will not be provided for:

    • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Minor color variations from digital previews or dye lots

  • Replacement Shipping: Standard ground shipping for approved replacements is covered by Ricart Inc. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.


7. Digital Proofs

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production begins.

  • Approved proofs are considered final. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and delays.


8. Liability

  • Ricart Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited strictly to the value of the affected order.
